Elisabeth Vullings is a Kāpiti-based mixed media artist working in painting and ceramics. Inspired by her love of obscure architecture, tramping and Aotearoa’s layered histories, her practice weaves together personal narrative and memory, merging the present with quiet echoes of the past.
Elisabeth holds an Honours degree in Interior Architecture and a Master of Fine Arts with Distinction. Her work draws on elements from both disciplines, merging architectural precision with artistic experimentation. She balances delicate linework with richly textured surfaces, crafting layered compositions that evoke depth and atmosphere.
