The biennial Toi MAHARA Young Artists Exhibition celebrates emerging young artists from the Kāpiti Coast and Horowhenua rohe, giving them the opportunity to showcase their skills in the visual arts in a public gallery. The review is open to all young artists aged 13–25 years old at the time of submission.
